Long walks with her dog keep Linh grounded while she travels in her mind. This helps her to better understand her international portfolio, enabling her to delve deeper into cross-border employment and all of the complex issues it involves.

'From the very beginning, my career has been characterised by Global Mobility. Understanding every aspect of cross-border employment is a challenge that thrills me, as only then will I be able to provide sound advice to both international and national employers.I also love helping international employees in the Netherlands who need guidance with the Dutch tax system, for example by making complex subject matter understandable for them. And I have direct lines of communication with foreign partners so that I can help employees find their way there, and thus make their experience with tax issues palatable. My hobbies – cooking, exercising and walking with my dog – keep me centred. They keep me in balance. Which helps me to stay focused.'
